For sandblasting, the surface of plastic parts is easy to wear off. Dermatoglyphics is made by chemical etching. There are most types of dermatoglyphic surfaces, which can imitate various effect surfaces.
The prices for leather processing vary greatly, and the technical content of leather processing is high. For different dermatoglyphics, the price is relatively low.
Fire pattern refers to the lines left after EDM injection mould processing. For fire patterns, the effect of retaining fire patterns on the surface of the product is also acceptable after the electric discharge processing of the mould, and the treatment of retaining fire patterns is accepted. Generally, electrodes are not specially made to process fire patterns, which is relatively expensive.
For the surface treatment technology of the table mould, we use the leather pattern most. Of course, what kind of surface treatment is required for actual products depends on the application of plastic parts.
