The shape of Household Product Mould determines the appearance of these products, and the processing quality and precision of household product mould also determine the quality of these products. Because of the different materials, appearances, specifications and uses of various products, the moulds are divided into non-plastic moulds such as casting moulds, forging moulds, die casting moulds, stamping moulds and plastic moulds.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the plastic industry and the continuous improvement of strength and precision of general and engineering plastics, the application scope of plastic products is also expanding. For example, the proportion of plastic products is increasing rapidly in many fields such as household appliances, instruments and meters, construction equipment, automobile industry, daily hardware, etc. A plastic piece with reasonable design can often replace many traditional metal pieces. The trend of plastic production of industrial products and daily products is continuously rising.

The general definition of household product mould: in industrial production, various presses and special tools installed on the presses are used to make metal or nonmetal materials into parts or products with required shapes through pressure. such special tools are collectively called moulds.

Injection process description: mould is a tool for producing plastic products. It is composed of several groups of parts, and this group has a moulding cavity. During injection moulding, the mould is clamped on an injection moulding machine, molten plastic is injected into a moulding mould cavity, cooled and shaped in the cavity, then the upper mould and the lower mould are separated, the product is ejected from the mould cavity through an ejection system, and finally the mould is closed again for the next injection moulding, and the whole injection moulding process is carried out circularly.
