When we produce daily necessities, the cooling time of the Daily Necessities Mould usually takes about 80% of the moulding cycle time. Therefore, if we speed up the cooling speed of daily necessities mould, we can improve production efficiency, reduce the cost, and make the product look better. This paper introduces several methods to improve the cooling efficiency of daily necessities mould.

1. Optimize the cooling design of the daily necessities mould. On the premise of ensuring the quality, the cooling channel on the daily necessities mould is as close to the product moulding area as possible. If necessary, we can install a cooling system in the demoulding or gate area to cool the product more fully. We can also use different cooling methods such as buffering, spiral buffering, copper pipes and other tools to make the daily necessities mould cooling system more efficient.

2. Use beryllium copper to cool the parts that need sufficient cooling or the parts that are difficult to cool, because beryllium copper has good thermal conductivity. For example, some thin-walled products can be cooled by installing beryllium copper in the cavity and core and installing beryllium copper in some complicated corners.

3. Use low-temperature water to cool the daily necessities mould. Usually, we use water at a temperature of 12 to 20 degrees to cool, increase the pressure of the cooling water and speed up the flow of the cooling water to achieve the effect of increasing the cooling speed.
