Temperature has a great influence on the Dustbin Mould, but many people still don't know what influence it has. Let's give you a brief introduction.

1. Deformation

The temperature of the dustbin mould is stable and the cooling speed is balanced, which can reduce the deformation of products. For products with inconsistent wall thickness and complex shape, the deformation caused by uneven shrinkage often occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a suitable cooling system to keep the temperature of each part of the mould and core basically uniform, so that the plastic melt in the cavity can solidify at the same time.

2. Dimensional accuracy

Using the temperature adjusting system to keep the mould temperature constant can reduce the fluctuation of product moulding shrinkage and improve the stability of product dimensional accuracy. If possible, lower mould temperature can help to reduce the moulding shrinkage of products. For example, for crystalline plastics, because the mould temperature is low, the crystallinity of the product is low, and the lower crystallinity can reduce the shrinkage. However, low crystallization is not conducive to the dimensional stability of the dustbin mould products. From the perspective of dimensional stability, it is necessary to appropriately increase the temperature of the dustbin mould to make the products uniform.

3. Surface quality

Increasing the temperature of dustbin mould can improve the surface quality of products, while too low mould temperature will make the outline of products unclear and produce obvious fusion lines, resulting in rough surface of products.
